ERLEC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLEC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,361 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERLEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLV5-45, IGHV4-61, and IGKV1-6. Each is linked with ERLEC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERLEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERLEC1 versus IGLV5-45 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
