Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERICH6B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ERICH6B data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ERICH6B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERICH6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BRCA, and MESO are the cancer types where ERICH6B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
