ERICH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERICH6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, PAI-1, and Dvl3. Each is linked with ERICH6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH6-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ERICH6-low versus ERICH6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
