ERICH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERICH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,284 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R13, SRRM5, and SAPCD1. Each is linked with ERICH4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH4-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
