Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERICH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ERICH1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ERICH1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERICH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRC, and STAD are the cancer types where ERICH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
