ERI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3689F, HMX2, and RNU6-718P. Each is linked with ERI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERI2-to-partner and partner-to-ERI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
