ERI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,007 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Exonucleolytic trimming to generate mature 3'-end of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, and Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with ERI2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERI2-to-partner and partner-to-ERI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
