ERGIC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERGIC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERGIC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP2, OR10G7, and BPIFB3. Each is linked with ERGIC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERGIC3-to-partner and partner-to-ERGIC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP2 grouped by ERGIC3-low versus ERGIC3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERGIC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERGIC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
