Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERGIC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 626 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERGIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, OR9N1P, and RPA2P1. Each is linked with ERGIC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERGIC2-to-partner and partner-to-ERGIC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by ERGIC2-low versus ERGIC2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERGIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERGIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
