ERG28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERG28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,577 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERG28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YLPM1, CDC42BPB, and EXD2. Each is linked with ERG28 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG28-to-partner and partner-to-ERG28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERG28 versus YLPM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERG28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERG28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
