Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERG28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,503 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERG28-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALKBH1, EIF2B2, and UBR7. Each is linked with ERG28 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG28-to-partner and partner-to-ERG28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERG28 versus ALKBH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERG28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERG28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
