Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERG28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 396 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERG28-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3118-3, CENPU, and ATP5MC1. Each is linked with ERG28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG28-to-partner and partner-to-ERG28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3118-3 grouped by ERG28-low versus ERG28-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERG28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERG28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
