Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERG28 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERG28-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEGFR2, 4E-BP1, and PRAS40_pT246. Each is linked with ERG28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERG28-to-partner and partner-to-ERG28 results are reported.
