ERF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,903 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H4, NUMBL, and CIC. Each is linked with ERF in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERF-to-partner and partner-to-ERF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERF versus ZC3H4 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
