Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,427 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA splicing, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with ERF in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERF-to-partner and partner-to-ERF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA splicing grouped by ERF-low versus ERF-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
