ERF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERF mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,104 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERF-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNH4, EPHA6, and MAPK8IP3. Each is linked with ERF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERF-to-partner and partner-to-ERF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNH4 grouped by ERF-low versus ERF-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
