Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERCC6L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,307 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERCC6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1-AS1, MCM5, and CDKN3. Each is linked with ERCC6L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERCC6L-to-partner and partner-to-ERCC6L results are reported.
