ERCC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERCC5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERCC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ERCC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERCC5-to-partner and partner-to-ERCC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ERCC5-low versus ERCC5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERCC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERCC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
