ERCC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERCC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERCC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD2-2, EIF5A, and INPP5K. Each is linked with ERCC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERCC4-to-partner and partner-to-ERCC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD2-2 grouped by ERCC4-low versus ERCC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERCC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERCC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
