ERCC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-7, KRTAP9-6, and SYT10. Each is linked with ERCC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ERCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-7 grouped by ERCC3-low versus ERCC3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
