ERCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E1, ATM, and MEK1. Each is linked with ERCC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERCC2-to-partner and partner-to-ERCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E1 grouped by ERCC2-low versus ERCC2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
