ERCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,984 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASXL1, NOVA1, and KMT2B. Each is linked with ERCC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERCC2-to-partner and partner-to-ERCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASXL1 grouped by ERCC2-low versus ERCC2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
