ERC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,829 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTMS, USP5, and RBM8A. Each is linked with ERC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERC1 versus PTMS in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
