Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,327 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKT3, DCLK2, and RASL12. Each is linked with ERC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERC1 versus AKT3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
