ERC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with ERC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by ERC1-low versus ERC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
