Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,729 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of presynaptic active zone structure, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with ERC1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERC1 results are reported.
