ERBIN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERBIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,112 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARVELD2, MCCC2, and COX7C. Each is linked with ERBIN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBIN-to-partner and partner-to-ERBIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERBIN versus MARVELD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERBIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERBIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
