ERBIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERBIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,902 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00363, MAGOH, and GBP4. Each is linked with ERBIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBIN-to-partner and partner-to-ERBIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00363 grouped by ERBIN-low versus ERBIN-high in PAAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERBIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERBIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
