Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERBIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,194 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, Negative regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with ERBIN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBIN-to-partner and partner-to-ERBIN results are reported.
