ERBIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERBIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 223 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP2, GDPD1, and ZNF691. Each is linked with ERBIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBIN-to-partner and partner-to-ERBIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 grouped by ERBIN-low versus ERBIN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERBIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERBIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
