ERBB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERBB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,642 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, SORCS2, and GPIHBP1. Each is linked with ERBB4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBB4-to-partner and partner-to-ERBB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by ERBB4-low versus ERBB4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERBB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERBB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
