ERBB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERBB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 501 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G6, LY6G6F, and CLEC14A. Each is linked with ERBB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBB4-to-partner and partner-to-ERBB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G6 grouped by ERBB4-low versus ERBB4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERBB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERBB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
