ERBB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERBB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,074 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBC3, ZCCHC8, and RAB33B. Each is linked with ERBB3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBB3-to-partner and partner-to-ERBB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BBC3 grouped by ERBB3-low versus ERBB3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERBB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERBB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
