ERBB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERBB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 797 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFC1B, ISM1, and METTL4. Each is linked with ERBB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBB3-to-partner and partner-to-ERBB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFC1B grouped by ERBB3-low versus ERBB3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERBB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERBB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
