ERBB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERBB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 175 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERBB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX5, POM121L12, and FAM205A. Each is linked with ERBB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERBB2-to-partner and partner-to-ERBB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBX5 grouped by ERBB2-low versus ERBB2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERBB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERBB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
