Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP161, MIR448, and MIR517B. Each is linked with ERAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERAS-to-partner and partner-to-ERAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
