ERAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, MAPK_pT202_Y204, and Notch1. Each is linked with ERAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERAS-to-partner and partner-to-ERAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
