ERAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,975 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB28P1, RNA5SP19, and MIR4686. Each is linked with ERAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ERAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB28P1 grouped by ERAP2-low versus ERAP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
