ERAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,743 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptide catabolic process, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Positive regulation of interleukin-4-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with ERAP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ERAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptide catabolic process grouped by ERAP2-low versus ERAP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
