ERAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,604 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-3, MIR1298, and RNU6-1188P. Each is linked with ERAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERAP1-to-partner and partner-to-ERAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP20-3 grouped by ERAP1-low versus ERAP1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
