EQTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EQTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EQTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, MIR7702, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with EQTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EQTN-to-partner and partner-to-EQTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP414 grouped by EQTN-low versus EQTN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EQTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→EQTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
