EPYC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPYC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPYC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD2, p70-S6K, and Rab25. Each is linked with EPYC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPYC-to-partner and partner-to-EPYC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETD2 grouped by EPYC-low versus EPYC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPYC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPYC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
