EPYC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPYC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPYC-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf90, PRODH2, and HCRT. Each is linked with EPYC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPYC-to-partner and partner-to-EPYC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf90 grouped by EPYC-low versus EPYC-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPYC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPYC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
