EPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,783 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP509, MRPL58, and TAF9. Each is linked with EPX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPX-to-partner and partner-to-EPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP509 grouped by EPX-low versus EPX-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
