EPSTI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPSTI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,071 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPSTI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PSMB5, and PSMB6. Each is linked with EPSTI1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPSTI1-to-partner and partner-to-EPSTI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPSTI1 versus PSMB10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPSTI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPSTI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
