EPSTI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPSTI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,118 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPSTI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX58, OAS2, and IFIT3. Each is linked with EPSTI1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPSTI1-to-partner and partner-to-EPSTI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPSTI1 versus DDX58 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPSTI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPSTI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
