EPS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPS8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Shc_pY317, and TIGAR. Each is linked with EPS8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS8-to-partner and partner-to-EPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by EPS8-low versus EPS8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
