EPS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,776 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, ACSL5, and S100A6. Each is linked with EPS8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS8-to-partner and partner-to-EPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPS8 versus PLEKHA6 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
