EPS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 364 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIC1, CRBN, and GPR182. Each is linked with EPS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPS8-to-partner and partner-to-EPS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIC1 grouped by EPS8-low versus EPS8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
