EPRS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPRS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,257 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP76, SCO1, and RNFT2. Each is linked with EPRS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPRS1-to-partner and partner-to-EPRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP76 grouped by EPRS1-low versus EPRS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
